FACILITY RENTAL PROCESS
FACILITY RENTAL IN GREEN BAY
STEP #1
Review the Green Bay First “FACILITY USAGE POLICY.”
STEP #2
Fill out the Green Bay First “FACILITY RENTAL FORM.”
STEP #3
Is the event a wedding? If yes, please see our “WEDDING PROCESS.” If no, proceed to step #4.
STEP #4
After receiving your submission, our office will review and contact you to confirm within 3 (three) business days.
STEP #5
After event is confirmed, deposit equal to 1/2 of total is due within 7 (seven) days, otherwise event may be canceled.
STEP #6
Within 2 (two) weeks of event, remaining balance is due
STEP #7
After balance is received, we will confirm and finalize remaining details for event.
